We as of the following have our own regarded terms and wordings but here is the stuff i can tell you, not beyond my Oath......
HighPriestess ( isn't anything but a title that is setup to establish the right to give advice it is the awareness and education to be a guider of a circle and there are 2 types.....one is service to the circle so they aid in the wisdom and or workings of a coven as a whole and the other is Full Witch which is an exceptional witch whom has both the service of the witches circle as in coven nature, or Standing as in the (Longer service of beyond their need to assist) Help....Helps but its not required by one whom is a Full witch.....) the first is the Art, the 2nd is Beyond
Full Witch (is the term given to one whom has grown beyond the mere energy and nature of coven design and or circle rituals, however like all energy sources they tend to return to give back the term "full" comes from the cycles of the moon all 5 includings the ones which most don't notice....As a Full witch your way beyond mere witchcraft but held by an Oath taken to serve....(so you will even if you don't think you can)
Witch can have varying Shapes, but thats due to the influences and gifts they are given or tokened to because their next insight is beyond required to serve
the Roads of the other Witch energies are not to be tread on as "spoken" however if your in the circle i will or they will be telling you and teaching soon...
Serve (is a term meaning to do as the "powers that be will")
and final term i can tell you is:
Teaching (Witchcraft can be taught but the witch or witch "being" isn't taught its just re-educated as in awakened, Teachers don't teach....they remind..by the workings, rituals, natures, messages and rewards and re-actions, and much more........(however if you sought education, your not being taught to be a "Witch" (your taught to remember and reflect) and that is why "We" exist......as in Teaching.....
Education of a hill comes from the explorer of the hill, not from the lost explorer whom wanted to travel the road alone, it is fun finding your own way.....but your never heard from again..if you don't know the danger that is very old and very hungry......(so i suggest) take a guide.......otherwise when you scream or yell to call for help.......your in the dark.......

Greetings,
I am Lady Uranyia Il Astare, guiding teacher to The Root. A
coven/gathering of women and men whom seek more than just the magical
ideals of witchcraft within a woman's world. My business with you
tonight is to speak on behalf of the Lady's business.
SHE whom is our advisor and at times our judge respect our sisters in witchery under the common name of pagan or wiccan, however I am here to talk upon the value of witch.
As a seeker of magic a long time ago I had fallen prey to those individuals that were seeking power and influence undue to those individuals who sought no more than to see "her" voice. It is my sad understanding that because of this conflict I and others whom only sought to understand lost so much time in trying to find what I have to this day in the voice of SHE...
Through the journey with The Root I have become more complete and ready to assume the right and respect due to one who is called Lady.

as a Male in this art it is difficult to find my placement without the main half that is the female essense that makes up to full image that forfills the nature of "the garden witch side" however i learned from my "guide/teacher" that its not what you lack that makes you an outsider or not complete..it is the understanding that the "forces of the elemental design are within you as well", witchcraft she said "is an art and its form becomes the artist" however the "witches truth" is truely locked with the design one has before they are ever born, it is just by the actions of being female that we "attach" ourselves easier then a male.....she then goes on to say "perhaps it is the age of this select secret" that allows for our grander insight into the awareness of its growth and potential, It is also this growth in this (grander art) that requires the male side just as equally when it comes to the inner and outer ring of the first star.......
It is by this design that we teach and by this design we grow, however without both designs willing to work one is going to fail eventually......
She says again: I share with you this trust because you are both part of the inner and outer ring and i feel the candles as well as the design wish you to share this with me......
from that i learned that there was 3 ways of being witch as in the action, the heart, and the awareness.....
So as a seeker of more insight i tried to find out more, and all i saw was stumbling mages whom clouded their selfs with the idea they was in the (grander garden) and to this day they still remain.....(if it is so simple a puzzle why would the energy not want us as equals) but i later find out why i was on the road to being equal but in a more then equal way.....
It is the circle that makes us equal, and it is the star that makes us different but aware, and its the skill of this lever of nature that will become like a coin "with one side tails and one side heads, however in the long run....it will also show the reflection as one side heads then the other tails......then it will match evenly........
And now it is very even "welcome to my circle"

Who would believe it but wiccans are truly growing up, it took until the year 2008...
Guess they are just late bloomers, but anyway.....more and more wiccans are embracing the stronger messages that they before denied but (secretly practiced behind closed doors) as a wiccan witch a witches heart.....

For Years the Wiccan model was the glenda and the dianic grove witch and now.They got the "Ummmm" to get behind the truthful messages that, openly the darker called tones have been shouting for years as well. Growing up is without a doubt still only the 1st of like 3 of their major mistakes in Witchery....but at least it has finally hit the fan........

So i welcome all those ones whom had to "wait in the wings" of the so called "ecletic" but Purtide designs whom, was not lying to themselves but merely trying to refine the image to serve them all and not the Oath or magic they was supost to support......

up your moving out and i think that just made them get wiser, heck it
wouldn't be fun if it wasn't abit Taboo..But even in these growth spirts
they have not come quietly, they have dragged their flowery shoes all
along the way....(which is also showing they aren't just going to take
it fully as so) but they are saddly also learning they had 95 years and
just enhanced the Pagan design..not come close to that which is in the
heart ofEvery one who embraces the un-seen and feels the beyond....
So be proud Pagan/wiccans its your birthday.....you get another candle on your cake and abit more authority in the image you sought to be........So be truthful and your in, you was never a club just by yourself......

Some
feel that the road ahead is often harder than the road behind, it is
within this fear that the conduct of control over one thing or another
begins to fall into place.
I feel it is a misjudgement on the acts of the arts in the hands of those given the responsibility, either by divine will or personal challenge, it is herein that they need to remember their oath and dedication and to not put themselves before the will of their charges. Truthfully they are by the one or ones asking or seeking inviting there opinion, education and personal will into any and all that they choose to undertake as per their dedication. It is herein that they must find that part of justice that makes them more than just guides...
It is easy to abuse this post when one can subject another by the feelings they have. As of this post that they by oath was appointed or sacredly joined should not try to subject another to the personal vanity, selfless acts of material and "the underlying" goal that they set for themselves and not for the one they guide.
As a teacher, guide, advisor one must be above all these things and only seek the betterment of the will of the one whom is willing to fulfill "their goal" and "gifts" to the best of their ability or pass them on to one who can. The greater the challenge, the more freedom will be shared in the discovery of their road and fear so that it can be realized in both their minds (the teacher as well as the student). It is in this that they become connected not only by their common goal as seeing both their past and their future together even though they come from two different places "because after all, isnt that whats being a teacher is all about...devoid of authority" LOL
Witchcraft, occult arts, practices of occult behavior and such are always linked in the taboo, not just because they are not talked about but because they bring both "openness as well as desires of change" into the mix. Truthfully it is easy with those individuals who seek not just sexual or personal pains to exploit, at the cost of those who begin, but because of their own personal fears and doubts as teachers and lack of knowledge in the essentials.
One should always fear ego, lust, envy and high minded goals that aren't met in a safe environment, or regarded without a feeling or emotion towards the one it is meant to benefit. However... also when you walk into a taboo practice you accept certain liberties as well as certain limits, unless they bring undo harm, because after all its not a CULT your joining or trying to study or base your life by. But........ were getting off the subject here.
The goal of any seeker "solitary, advancing, or reintroducing" is to understand that there is not just danger but sense of worth when they explore not just "cultural pagan values" but reach even further than the comfort of their own family secrets or pandora boxes... I want to applaud any and all who are not only dedicated to the arts as in seeking or reaching farther than just the basic understandings, for they will eventually right the wrongs of those individuals who choose to use their vanity and sense of power or influence to undermine the main reason that all who seek should respect. "this is in response to the earlier statement of the ego/high minded goals of those who overstep the teacher/guide role that they are appointed to uphold by their oath".
As one begins to interact in the world of the unseen, they begin to see multiple sides of both good and bad intentions. It is in these actions that we as teachers learn what it takes to perceive as well as accept the rights, and practices of both ancient and modern cultures... The simple idea is that the world is awaiting in a sleeping bed filled with grand dreams, of an aka Summerland, it is in this... that one begins to understand the true value of our journey between fantasy and the illusion of reality. Sometimes in these walks we find these self imposed demons, created not by the cultures or standards of their own rituals, inflicted or otherwise, but a mere debasement of their values to try to serve to become something greater. However it is in the loss of these values that they lose credibility, as well as respect sometimes. We who want the best for others as in the same road or thoughts, sometimes shortcut the full measure of the requirements one must undertake, so that they who seek can accomplish their goal and find a sense of completion. This to is a mistake owing to the taboo, only the value of fear, the fear to want to have is the reason the full measure of the road is not always made visible so early in ones study.
Patience, trial, experience, reflection, endurance, will, and want all play grand parts in the rediscovering images of a true seeker. "I AM NOT HERE TO OPEN A DISCUSSION ON TEACHING, I AM NOT HERE TO OPEN A DISCUSSION ON RIGHT OR WRONG"... I am just here to assist in a more overall view, of what I believe the arts and the systems that created the arts had buried at their original foundation "taboo or not taboo" to this day it is my opinion that we are all an example of our learning, both directly or indirectly by good or bad teachers as well, or guides because without mistakes, fulfillments of personal promises one does not have a learning base.
