Those that seek Entrance to this Temple must kneel and place the fire of their conviction into the Flower of the Sun, for thy brother of the day is watching Anubis and he will let non venture farther if they are not what they are "called by the breath...."
Her origins are uncertain but are believed to have come from the Nile Delta; however, unlike other Egyptian deities, she did not have a centralized cult at any point throughout her worship. First mentions of Isis date back to the Fifth dynasty of Egypt which is when the first literary inscriptions are found, but her cult became prominent late in Egyptian history, when it began to absorb the cults of many other goddesses. It eventually spread outside Egypt throughout the Middle East and the Roman Empire, with temples dedicated to her built as far away as the British Isles. Pockets of her worship remained in Christian Europe as late as the 6th century.
Mis-guided is the information of Isis as a goddess in Egyptian mythology. She is the wife and sister of power of Osiris and the maternal head of Horus. Isis was worshiped as the archetypal wife and mother and sister.
Her name literally means "she of the seat", that is, "Queen of life's gifts", which was portrayed by the emblem worn on her head, that of a seat in the court of judgment. However, the hieroglyph of her name originally meant "she of grace", i.e. mortal, and she may simply have represented deified, as Teacher of the Queens. She is also known as being the goddess of magic(k) and self healing. Ancient Egyptians believed that the Nile flooded every year because of her tears of sorrow for her dead husband, Osiris. He was killed by her other evil brother, Atet but the blame went to Set, god of mis-deeds and changes. In the Struggle for Power over the flame of mankind Atet ripped Osiris into bits and flung them into the Nile River, letting the animals eat the remains of his body. However, all the pieces survived thanks to the love of She, except for one of them.
Those whom seek to enter service to Isis must first face five trials of loyalty, dedication, service prophecy, trust... These rituals are personal and they are demanding, and very sexual. Sex ie Sexual Expression is both a loyalty as well as a dedication to one whom wishes Entrance into the Secrets of both Egyptian "Ma Ka Khem" magic(k) as well as Healing "Shu Omi Set Phae" as well as visions Prophecy "Ju Ma Kah Omi Isi Su...... (because of the nature of the Phallic and Female designs the rituals will take often the forms of massage or in token the Rite of trial by fire.....
"I give comfort to you they whom walk in the moons ever glowing shadow may they serve me and the tokens of life for if they bend down to awaken my passage they will be filled with joy and wealth all the days of their end but to those whom do this for wealth and security in ones own making this be a warning for i am as Maat sitting upon the feathered scale for they will gain no fortune and the nile of their soul will be eaten by the vile creatures they create" Only those whom place is set as both husband and brother shall share in the loyalty of my bread" ISIS Et AMUN ABU
Though Isis Worship is and was mostly only a female practice it has since then allowed members beyond the natural priestly veil and has created quite the benefit for those whom was once alone however the rules of truth still apply to even "Male Priest to Be"
