short and sweet:
Every wiccan is a Witch, but not all witches are wiccan.....
One being a wiccan requires you know witchcraft to be a witch.............and as the message, groups and books show...they don't, and as for witches even wanting to be wiccan...that is just to join the non educated and fit in...but at the same time talk about them behind there back as wiccans do....as well......
So the saying up top was more to make wiccans think they know that they can study witchcraft but not accept witchcraft and cailm the "do as you wish" ideal....meanwhile they preach the name of witchcraft as their design...while changing it as they want....(that to me isn't knowing but merely .....like sister to little sister...(putting on the bigger shoes and pretending)
When does pretending become real, Wiccans when will the shoes Fit....
They talk about self responible actions for their choices........so where is it....?
Oh now i get many saying who care , why not just get along....(can you truely get along with a person that would rather pretend you don't exist and use your workings in their own name but smile at you day to day and say your great but your messages aren't the same as theirs......meanwhile lying to you and talking behind your back....to get your practice as the orginal actions as (it doesn't matter)
If Witches did that to them.............i could see the balance, but Witchcraft isn't in my knowing an art that won't make its user pay for their words or actions.........because they get what they ask for................
Oh, again you say leave them alone and they leave us alone.....
I wish it was that simple, but wiccan imagery and messages is making witchcraft no more then a (30 second class in school that any can teach and none needs any experience in....)

BOOK OF THE CRAFT:
WITCHCRAFT: Dawn of the Ages
1. History of Foke Magick and Witchery as in practices: In the 10th century herbal magickal healing thought to be divined by god was becoming quite the method of the learning woman, and those that wanted a woman's place to be in the home and not have the nobel affairs of the Arts became jelious and then turned on these healing and self educated woman as trafficing with the Devil. Then an age of cold and bleak winters took hold and the actions of the Black Death brought about a form of god cleaning the people from the un-rightful to the kingdom of heaven. This bagan scandal and mythos and lore then then romance of this nobel but very womanly based art... Many a woman by the 12th-1400's was then accused to this effect creating a form of social gap and returning any who dare cross that line again to the place of founded womanliness, however more and more practiced out of rage at the fact that they was seen as bad to the church and made it more hidden, meanwhile those in the church and doctoral design and those men of the magickal arts as seen as solid would then place a foot in the cabinet of the Occult. This underground though more for protecting those they helped and not the ones who practiced became a trend and then some of these the nobel ones was named in the areas they was known to covet......(there is a lot more to this story but you now have the history of the witch.....
2. Nature (story of the woods) To some they came from the darkened forest, to others the elements spat them forth and to those in story they was mis-begotten childern taken at a youthful age by the devil or some manner of beast....... But to those that are in the circle they know the beginnings.....
Witches adore the woods of the dawn and eve, and they practice at night....this was the method for any from within the woodland faces, it is as if the land gave up space so that life and time can share a spot with the witches design...I say this in story and not in truth..because to the witch the story of the power is the shadow that makes it grow into reality..though the foundings are true....the method that they come from becomes as fanciful as the secrets the witch covets as her Art...
The witch is kin to any and all things in nature and is not held in side to serve or refrain from anything.....sides are moral and they are setup not by the witch but by the class of the controlling forms ....these aren't the actions of the trees and the air and the sky, and the land....
Witches of the 12th setup rituals and adorned or removed clothing to the beat of the workings to embrace the woods. and then this became the passage from which the witches image as the working woman of the woods formed in every artistic art piece from 1110-1300 or longer.....
3. The name (witch) and bewitchment WITCH.....is such an ugly word, thats what the 1200's thought when they made this word the example for anyone who practiced or was accused of tom-fullery as an dabbler of the craft of demonology and spiritualism....though those that did get labeled as this and confessed that they was witch but not trafficing with demons or the devil..they took to the fate ahead....so BEWITCHMENT became the model from which they Hexed or Casted with their last breath curses at those that punished them...(Which fun to say "Every curse came true") just goes to show even nature serves up last wishes......
Bewitched Others was now the focus of those that was the student of those or ones who par-took in rituals with them....they was then turned on as well to say they was corrupted and then placed accusing remarks to try and save their life from this moral curch demon fighters....which the church used no passion to add in mercy but more to turn into the demons they say they was after to save the ones soul....(bewitching is an art that is used by the mid witch to fix or fixate the energy to change another by a tool or her fingers by brushing against another) Many play at this act but few mastered this suprising skill......
4. The Oath (named in the devil and named in the practice) Today in a Coven an OATH is a moral blancing binding form of promise to learn and protect the art as it is taught to you or passed on from you..., But back in times beyond it was a blood or mark or contacted design some say by the Devil where you did sexual arts to gain power and the exchanges of the soul, then you would seal it with your name, others did it more to fit into the contract of being in a group and thereby you was more an arm or leg to the craft as guided by the head witch or messages that came forth in your rituals....
Again oaths that are made in a modern circle don't have any binding power, because of the Art not having a long chain to the old ways it became more a game and a fad like image that is more self defining your fate and gypsy group and pagan messages and has "seriously" lost the ties that make the magickal arts circle strong....

5. the Penta elements (the 5 and the reason) The Pentagram is a set of 5 A's that at the beginning of its design was used to call on 5 demons that marked either the power to shape things in the name of eternal hell fire or the self defining power of demonic elemental energies born in the soul of the future working magick user...the pentagram was a non gender symbol and though the years become connected to the stars of isis, ishtar and the nazarine (jesus born star) bible text) and then it was a basing on the 5 fingers and toes and then so on to other geo-theo-designs, however only the elemental candles have come to be the home from which this sysmbol is given as a prospering tool...
Fire: Teacher of the soul, passion and truth of the energy of things that change.
Water: Gateway to the great secrets of the soul and connection to the body and mind.
Air: Guide and Sensation tool used to tap into the psychic mind and secrets that silences hide
Earth: Connection to living life and the messages from life as in nature (such as seasons and actions of the earth.
Spirit: Though not an element it is the bridge from which the elemental natures shape the actions of things about them...(only 2 elemts seem to work together with this form of force...)

6. the witch (what makes one a witch beyond blood and lessons) The "Witch", Though many early pagan books call a witch a form of goody housewife or a healing handmaiden....but this was more to relate them to the based story history that helped them become closely joined to earthy or homopathic theology...then like many things the witches image was more mixed and then broken by those that wanted it to not clash with modern religion ideals other then how badly they was miss-teated by the moral religion of the day...

A witch serves as the connecting bridge between nature and the elements changes that happen in life and patterns of being, this skill everyone will eventually grow into but it is the nature of the witches design to be aware more of how this takes shapes then most....because in most forms of magick conjuring creates a form of blindspot where the senses become not as intuned as the witches.....
Blood is seen as the right to heir however this isn't so for witchery as in the blood is not different then any other what in witchery make the one more magickal then the other is the connection to the tools , messages, and natures of aura and energy..which few can safely fake...but in most rituals that require bonding the blood of the subject in the form of 2 drops can be used to highten dedicational factor and strengthen there bond with nature...and Witchery...
To most blood is a simple liquid and part of our living essences, but to the witch and magick users its a key to knowing everything about you so fokelore has it as to having the one whom spells on another to take a taste in their blood to know what they do....(this led to the idea of books that merge the witch with the vampire design..but saddly that is more just lore..thogh the gothic learning chain wants it to be a truth..one from the death image of vampyr and the beauty or power of witchery....but blood is more then a game....and as they grow they will learn this as you will now...)

The Cup, The Candle, The Talisman, The Book,
The Cup is the cup of transformation to most the cup is a symbol related to sex or self but to the ones that are educated in witchery and magick the cup is a fountain from which the skill of magick from the elemental candles will..... Most relate it to marriage or the cup of the jesus cult.... but they would be relating its function and not its design... The Cups design is to grow as you grow but to the witch these are more words then action..because in witchery..the cup is as i said a tool.....in wiccan its related to the open womb of a woman, and in ceremonial men its related to the cap....of an educator turned upside down...(a mini crown) to know more in this is to do the workings....
The Candles: are the heat and the secret to the grand fire, without this the fire would move real slowly.... The passion of the light of the candles are many such as life, destiny, direction, virtue and reward....(in rituals the candles serve as the positions that one comes to know as they walk the symbolic gateways designed by the patterns of this the system of wisdom taught......In the future the power of the candle might be the only thing that teaches that any see any design in....
The Talisman is the keeper of the secrets not voiced in the candles or the cup and when in your ready you will become able to draw from these the secrets without the need to be near them, some have this skill naturally but in the fullness of their day it is more the energy they take from themselves and not the energy returned to them....(a talisman can be made of almost anything but its not the material that makes it work, but the connection to the comic symbolism that drives its mental (mirror) like reflection....
The Book is one of the wild cards that was created in the pagan design sold into the witches world, but to put it truthfully the (Book of Shadows) is unlike anything one can openly vist into making, it is the sum of the wisdom and skills of all the tools that begins its making however in the end the creation is if its a real book....all its own...(yada, yada, yada,) The book is the key to the coven and the truth behind the candles....

8. Talismans (the witches keys to powers and changes in magick) Lets start with they all have been apart of the body and mind and even the foundations of history.....atleast at symbol..so far..
(then when time and space are even with ritual) they will be apart of you as well.......
The Pheonician symbol (Kef) which looks like a backwards F is the symbol that was used in the making of the the first man and woman, as the biblical tote has written...when god blew into the nose....... Witchcraft isn't set in the biblical but it has alot to do with the symbols that was mis-reported as divine christian theology..
The next is the symbol of the Egyptian Eye (taken as the image of RA, but we in the ceremonial arts know of it as the Psychic eye of the Iota from greek mythos and the purity of this visionism) however the egyptian eye is the father of this the design.......as you will learn..
The Stone Foundation of the 2 pillars with a slab over it....making a gateway is the symbol that is used as the (key) to the working in the Old thiching word (witch), it is this foundation that relates us to the grand design...and removes us from the feeling that we are all alone in our actions and concerquences.......When you await in a circle of this symbol you will see it will relate in you...
The next is a personal witches symbol, made in the act that was created...(the witches AX) Its creation was from the need that a witch is once educated..watched over and protected by the very words or acts in their life....(natural or beyond)
The Tri: (Triangle) is the next key and eventually the greatest of Talisman...however to embrace this talisman you need to master yourself with the help of the elements, and then you and the tri become one.... (the tri has a ring in the center and it is apart of that ring but not apart of the person who wears the symbol until they know what the triangle teaches)...
9. Prizes (what nature rewards you with) Those who practice what they call magick isn't.... to gain any reward from magick isn't to cast or proform it on a whim but to understand that as you learn your craft it will send you to where you need to use or master this skill and there you will become the "Hands of the living Nature", It is in this art that you will see the mirror that you was so many times wanting to know but not sure...(now it will call out to you) and thats the real reward......
Elemental Arts, Psychic tools, empathic will, these all are great but none are grand, you must get beyond the simple means to the real art...because its the real art..that pagan and wiccans and those in the newage fields fear.....(but thats where the rewards are)
10. Hexing (the curses) This is when one has put a form of self hate spell on another and does it in rage or the moment and it has a justice that is left to the will of a greater power (angel, demon, demi-god) or such....Hexing is by nature dual.... that means if you hex and your right it effects the one it is sent to effect, but if your wrong, it is returned to you the same way, and if its bended or broken or bond..again the return is the same.......There is a long list of self defining hexes made in the act of ignorance and self pitty.....Unlike a Spell a hex can get stronger the longer it is on......(but unlike a spell a Hex is easy to remove because they can be blocked or removed if the reason is weak....) Most hexes are done by novice artist and not by those who make mastery in the will of the universe...
11. Witches of the elements (styles of witchcraft)
Templi to Common Witchcraft: The Design of witchcraft wasn't formed in this Age. It was more of a form of Spritual re-discovery and entrance into the greater of the self's identification with nature..but as we all learn you can only identify with things so-long before your one to unify them... (Want to see what you identify with..?)
Templi: As a youth either male or female they was chosen to serve the role in the Temple as a helper and if offered by their helping nature they grew into knowledge of the Mysteries of the temple they served. The Egyptian, Sumerian, Greek/Roman, Aztec, Indo-Europa, Scottish, Germanic/Romanian, Russian, Native American, and so on.. In the Temple you leaned symbolic Designs and Ritualist Script based on sound tones that defined a steady direction to the purposed Rite/Ritual...Each Schooling in these temples had their levels and limits meaning the way in and way out... To be offered was to open your standing in the culture at large and gain a greater view. Which continue as of modern the most secret controlling groups of Mansonic was formed in darkness. Today's Modern Masonic aren't as dark as the Past of their Orders. Perhaps because the ribbon of trust was broken in them often due to personal goal set by the leader of the month instead of the orders or secret schoolings design for all its members growth.

Gypsy: An ancient design of culture that served its own truths, however the gypsy life was built on Omens and Divining called "The Power". It was belived that was how they used the gift to find their homes, fortunes, and to keep death from their door. When a gypsy put a curse on you it was for life or until you payed them back with more then you ever owed. It was believed by having "The Power" made you un-questionable and respected above the mere person... The power was said to eminate in women however that wasn't true, they was only the conduate of it.. It came from "Men" and it was transmitted to the woman by being a bride.."The Power" devined by "Devil or God" believed to be by Angels though but none can not claim the "Dark Angel"wasn't in the mix as well "remembered often in the cards of sight". They of this culture then developed in the romanian fashion Families of Traveling Kings/Queens such as the zars did but not as nobel to outsiders. As hitsory will claim, this was more their code and direction, "The Power" was then to be only a (woman gift) as time went on....(Gypsies Reined over Romanian/Germany and then Italy/France) in the Middle Ages gypsies was more of a non name then name.....
Druidic: In the Ages of metals, the monks of the Roman court would travel the length of the Roman Empire and see the local Domain, in the Woods near the oldest of trees would be "broken" groups that would be drinking from the near water area, and burning herbs, they was merely creating the blances in the Art of their "Alchemy". This being looked opon was made study of but not in a favorable way because it was seen as "poor" for the roman lot. Education to the Roman Masters was consider their own domain... The Masters concidered they was Gifted by the Wisdom of the Gods and that their knowledge was beyond all whom come to their court.. The Druids however took no pride in their ceremonial rites and would perform them the same as if they was walking and stopping, to drink however they stuck to certain locations. They saught no wealth or design on wealth. A poor yet knowing art that was based on the 3 stars, later they added 2 more... Druids had not clans, but could assign themselves to one or more as there was co-existing needed...(again only a mage understanding. "To be of note" Today's Modern Druids are Reforming from about 5 Pages of Historic Re-writing and are more adopting the "Ex Somni Padra" Father (son to the father ideals) Christian Working...which was never taken or copiled in druidism...even to this day by the old wood.
