It exists. It is much like the harmony that develops between people who spend a great deal of time together. These people may synchronize their breathing or finish each other's sentences. For a witch, this harmony extends to the world around her. She becomes like a radio sender and reciever, picking up messages from the world around through her heightened senses, and sending them as well. She can create changes energetically, through an act as simple as a look or a touch, although tools are used to cement the changes into a more stable form.
