Well all i can say is magic(k) k or not has been without religious natures for the longest of times magic(k) was viewed as to the understanding to be gifts by the resident deity and not because of a certain faith in general and even some of the begining user of grand magic as in the pattern of those that taken from the encounters of magical spirits the abulity of certain gifts or curses and this being done by binding or contractual actions, "where was religion" it was empty and devoid of persons, heck even the religion of the past spoke to the control of slavery as an vital design in living as a nobel, "not" that was only the people of money corrupting the churches to play by their rules......many claim a religious foundation, but few follow the letter.....and that is indeed sad........and perhaps criminal.......
as for those that follow a faith or path, they are responicible for their own steps and direction, you can't be lead without a colar or a noose and many want both.....( but magic(k) is the design that energy is the makeup of even the forces that we choose to have govern or by the nature of partnership grow to love as if commanion, and there is nothing wrong with that as long as the letter of both parts are observed in whole and not for just the service of one side, " I'm a Wizard but i also have rules that i play by paly as i mean " to take part in giving as well as getting from life " carrot to the horse if you will, well even when we have the "carrot" we can tend to be stubbron, but we still remain loyal to what is true.......
 
Ok,  Who can tell you what path your on or seek?   Well others you accept as truthfully reading, and feeling the emotion is correct,  Books that spark the feeling of the past in yourself,  and those who use the idea of your fears to haunt you into a form of them, but like the carrot and the horse you have to bite......to want to be drawn in to carry....
 
as for magic(k)  you ask, heres your carrot............
as for religion, you ask : you can have this carrot, that carrot ore even that one, but only after you accept to carry
as for religion with magic(k)  you can give carrot, we can take it and make them desire that carrot more,
( for being magic(k)  is to accept the carrots as they come and they do come.........
( for being religion is to accept that the nature of the carrot once you have gain what you carry will forfill you, and to be honest some it does, and doesn't.......)
 
but as saying what is what......( I believe the soul, spirit, arua, and methods one who truely seek to be go through to have what they are transforming to understand) for magic(k) is in the ideal of gift or curse a form of transformation
and some take it as good other don't......but your a fool if you know not what you are and your a wise person if you question even yourself.......to be wise is not to be fooled by the carrot you see,  and to be foolish is to not venture for the carrot you don't.....have i confused you.......oh, sorry.....but the nature of life is confusing to those that don't understand why they live......and see too many invisible carrots.....

I can only say what works and what doesn't,
anytime you reject or shun a natural gift it becomes transferable, or lost but not gone, the nature of magic(k) is to bring one to the understanding of life both its plans, pains and pleasure.....and i'm not talking type of magic or labels but the actual energy and gifts, to about 20-30% out there don't know what gift they have, and some view them as curses as i did in the beginning, I learned as i was taught by both the etheral and the physical that you can't escape who you are, you can lock it away but it will return eventaully and with magic(k) as in gifts it will return when it is required to be used, transfered to another, or grown, as for your siduation however i would say you rejected it, to give you some peace.......and thats what it done, so i can only say what i know, and that is unless i saw your picture or touched your fingers, i know only that its aura is about you if your gifts are truely your to command, if not let it go and see what being human is like, j/k we all are human some more then others......
but are you asking to have guidance, or to be taught something?
and as you know (my area is Frederick)
as for meditation/skills or other i only teach, i don't offer to those i don't because my energy is my own and so are my gifts and i chosen to share them with only those who are of my patterns, as in
reality of practice, "Want to know" serious,

Advise is words, reality is living and being and that requires truely knowing not makeup or guessing, and i'm glad i'm pass the guessing....
 
 
First off as a wizard (a learned person of magical sciences, philosophy and dynamics of meta/ana/mythos principles) we of magic without the new added (k) not the diffrenting of the k, idealism, you can build and cover and copy and cut, but it is never quite as good or original as the first of its design, "Patternism" what comes from the past, gives life to the future, not the other way around. Unless all that those of todays magic(k) and ideology who dare call themselves "Real" or re-formed, saddly aren't in any prosess of being, as any good chef will tell you, mixure challenges the pallet, but is not as good as the memories you have as a kid having something that you haven't tasted for like forever...(solitarian ideology) and self design, has turned the patterns of magic as a whole into a joke, and communication on this into historical and verbal gobbletigook and sense religionism is now the only reason they mix and match. like drinking from diffrent springs hoping to become a lake or river, hate to tell you, everybody the patterns are there to find the reality of the energy of the being of any of the npon-mixures, christians have branches, witches have coven/circles, druids have ordos and groves, and wizards we have the dragon.....and outer circles of ordos/groves/circles and at time even are invited to covenism, but then that would be mixing if we stayed,
as plato said "the soul is a circle"
as merlin said "we are as we will be hundreds of years from now, and when we realize it, thats when we start to grow"
as solomon said "God gave me a kindom to rule, but to me he gave not the honor to know how"
as da vinci said "drawing the figure is simplisity itself, making it
live in the mind of others is quite difficult"
and socrates said "what mountian do you climb that you bring not your courage, spirit, and reason for living"
as Enoch said "venturing in the world of world tapping into the full heart of dreaming is but an angels only duty, however to live as the dust and air from which my heart came is vengful wishing in a mirrored face...

Now, the Void. There's a story of the Greek Origin, where Zeus on one
of his (many) seductive escapades has been with this young woman. She
then has the bright idea of asking: "Zeus, my king of gods, Can you
please show me your true form?"(or words to that effect) stupid girl,
really, well he did so. He showed her the completeness of the
universe and the true extent of infinity. Her mind was destroyed and
she died, obviously. The moral of this story is: a) don't ask stupid
questions and b) you must prepare yourself before encountering the
void.
The Void is where all power and life is linked to.
(this statement is true, however that is the existing state of where the sources lay....)

Magic(k) The Energy of the shell of self created and refined by the mind and soul tempered with the aura of our own desires, this is the field of where it is charged, but magic(k) has many a vechicle or vessel, and this is due to the same charge that has created it, this field as i will describe is kenetic, reflective and atractual it is between the charge of a 9 volt shock to a miny electrical storm, and gathers as one field passes another it can be tuned to about any frequency and vibration if the tuner is kenetic, if not your s....t out of luck......

Rituals and Energy Manipulation
Energy charging can be ritualistic or not...
the way of ritualism is to empower those in the ritual
however the nature of magical energy has no direct content on how you do things
only on the process of the energies.....
psychic,
harmonic,
kenetic,
empathic,
quai,
dao-chi,
sonic,
vibration,
geo-kenetic,
and then the para nature........
ritualism is more for some preparing to empower and maintain that focus
but direct magic charging is based on the channeling/focus/ and begining of the frequencies used to create a base or source, unless your using a kenetic bridge...
(past energy wave) like the tibetian monks think....
as for chi/kai/tai/kei ( these are physical energies of the self create by intense physical mindset or working out....
what works best...huh,
depends on what you wish to gain or give....

Mysterious gold cones 'hats of ancient wizards'

WIZARDS really did wear tall pointed hats - but not the crumpled cloth kind donned by such fictional characters as Harry Potter, Gandalf and Merlin.
The wizards of early Europe wore hats of gold intricately embellished with astrological symbols that helped them to predict the movement of the sun and stars.
 
This is the conclusion of German archaeologists and historians who claim to have solved the mystery behind a series of strange yet beautiful golden cone-shaped objects discovered at Bronze Age sites across Europe.
Four of the elaborately decorated cones have been uncovered at sites in Switzerland, Germany and France over the past 167 years. Their original purpose has baffled archaeologists for decades.
Some concluded that they were parts of Bronze Age suits of armour; others assumed that they served as ceremonial vases.
A third theory, which had gained widespread acceptance until now, was that the cones functioned as decorative caps that were placed on top of wooden stakes that surrounded Bronze Age sites of worship.
Historians at Berlin's Museum for Pre- and Early History, however, claim to have established with near certainty that the mysterious cones were originally worn as ceremonial hats by Bronze Age oracles.
Such figures, referred to as "king-priests", were held to have supernatural powers because of their ability to predict accurately the correct time for sowing, planting and harvesting crops.
"They would have been regarded as Lords of Time who had access to a divine knowledge that enabled them to look into the future," said Wilfried Menghin, the director of the Berlin Museum which has been carrying out detailed research on a 3,000-year-old 30in high Bronze Age cone of beaten gold that was discovered in Switzerland in 1995 and purchased by the museum the following year.
Mr Menghin and his researchers discovered that the 1,739 sun and half-moon symbols decorating the Berlin cone's surface make up a scientific code which corresponds almost exactly to the "Metonic cycle" discovered by the Greek astronomer Meton in 432bc - about 500 years after the cone was made - which explains the relationship between moon and sun years.
"The symbols on the hat are a logarithmic table which enables the movements of the sun and the moon to be calculated in advance," Mr Menghin said. "They suggest that Bronze Age man would have been able to make long-term, empirical astrological observations," he added.
The findings radically alter the standard image of the European Bronze Age as an era in which a society of primitive farmers lived in smoke-filled wooden huts eking out an existence from the land with the most basic of tools.
"Our findings suggest that the Bronze Age was a far more sophisticated period in Europe than has hitherto been thought," Mr Menghin said.
Another cone, found near the German town of Schifferstadt in 1835, had a chin strap attached to it. The cone, which is also studded with sun and moon symbols, is the earliest example found and dates back to 1,300bc.
Other German archaeologists have suggested that the gold-hatted king-priests were to be found across much of prehistoric Europe. Prof Sabine Gerloff, a German archaeologist from Erlangen University, has found evidence that five similar golden cones were exhumed by peat diggers in Ireland during the 17th and 18th centuries.
These objects, described at the time as "vases", have disappeared. Prof Gerloff says, however, that her research suggests almost conclusively that they were hats worn by Bronze Age king-priests.
She is also convinced that a Bronze Age cape of beaten gold - the "Gold Cape of Mold" discovered in Wales in 1831 - was part of a king-priest's ceremonial dress.
Prof Gerloff has used computers to create an impression of a Bronze Age oracle wearing a golden hat and with an elaborately decorated golden cape wrapped tightly around the shoulders.

Paganism is truth, is a tree and the designs of pagan natures are
the branches, neo-paganism is a new concept started about the 60's 0r 70's, with newage and esoteric idealist, making books and doing culture reflections from a nature based eco imagery,
paganism as a whole isn't older then christian idealism, it is about neck and neck in age, the useage of the wording heritic is based in that understanding, because the church is an institution and a powerful image of moral control it has re-written history in some ways, but be that as it may it is still only one of a few hundred religions, paganism isn't a religion, it is a culture design enitiy that houses religious designs such as, celtic, norse, ecletic shamanism, but has tryed to claim through artifacts that it is a self design,
Pagan to me is no more then a new verison of the bible written as eve,lilith,adam, and they lived happy ever after, but the idealism of
totem, trances, chant, fires, animal skins(now artifical) the wording of
(primal) and druming and woody rene, paganism is more a party then a cultural religious enitiy, and this is fine if one wishes to go that direction, but faith, belief, life value and the message of why is still only left to oracle and divining and perhaps luck, even with technology, we still have empty hearts wanting to know and share stories,mythos and dream, and that is why paganism is valued

Whats darker then dark?  well in magic there is none, it is just the intensity you look at something or embody it....
 
white magic ; lol it is just supportive kenetic energy charged up and kept stored like a battery, until used by an emotional source
 
black magic:, lol again, it is dispersed energy over and over to create a shell of netro-negitive ions to act as a shield to the kenetic emotional source, and has to be done often, never stored unless using a talisman or amulet,
 
grey magic: lol again, this is neither charge or dispersed energy but the shell is created do to another source, this other source has either field and uses them as the grey magic directs.....
 
lol white, grey, black, Magic has no color as you might have read but it does have charge and reflection to its properties,
white can get energy from a spiritual source, but it mainly doesn't
and black can get from demonic or chaotic, but mainly doesn't
because in the world of magic emotion doesn't apply unless it is used in charging, like the emptyness of space is empty from far away, but when you enter it, you will see it has quite alot of stuff......lol
 
grey....is just pick and choose, but they lose in the end, because they can't quite gain balance as easy as the rest.......
 
energy is energy, life is life, ......
 
magic doesn't fight, only ideals do........
magic k or not, helps you only to know and feel and see on a level that others would say is dreaming, but what.....a dream.....lol

The purpose of my living on the land chosen is to find joyfulness!
 I see by choosing to know that which makes me feel good AS it is what I seek.
Its not for me to know my places but to figure out where and when and whom I serve in this my time. It's my duty and respect to let it in and to know the happenings.
Things work within me - I don't know or seek how, but they do as I am foretold if I listen and learn myself.
 I know things to come in balance inside and outside for within me is this.
The source energy is always seeking to uplift and empower any as an individual. the energy knows my responsiveness too. It makes all aware of the laws of the Universe and brings to each free choice.
I am and will always be a doer, thinker and expresser of life as was my pattern setforth and I do this in ways that are joyful to me and all whom I try to aquate. All  are worthwhile and  feel good.
I always find with moments in time, everything is a vibrational and matches its own.
I know I receive gifts freely from the Universe in response to what I have been sowing. when reaching  for my highest thoughts and hold them. Focusing choosing the thought that prepares one better.
The nature the body is to become grand and involved in the changing of this focus.
I give within myself permission to seek succeed in this. I learned the fullness of who I am, and to be seek the presents with me at any moment. I flow within this is my bliss!

actually the tree is quite keen in the powers of witchcraft and even magic(k)
has its hands in it's lifeforce,
the tree is to the un-iniated only an energy field and even a barrior at time,
but to the one who is owning their skill and life to natures call as "witch"
they see more and even the tree can do more,
as in wave, get mad, split, yell and even chat about the user of magic, I've and my students and others see it quite well,
but then their is a side you don't see the tree feeding on us and our area, all things feed why sould trees be any diffrent....
but then more then air or shade,
you will see its soul, to the beginners of magic again this is scary, but to the advanced, it is quite common place........
what happens when a tree gathers too much energy? well.....

seeking is wanting to know, not asking should i find the one to teach me, lol
thats like having a flavor and sticking to just that sooner or later your going to long to know what you missed,
A great teacher will teach you what you want to know
but they will also challenge your spirit, As my student can atest to....
but the purpose of teaching is to offer back what one has greatly known in passion as well as truth, and any great/good/or normal teacher will say
" your graded not by your learning but by what you learned of it "
can you use it, do you know it's properties, what are its links
and why you saught out the question"
"books offer info, as my teacher told me"
but they don't offer what you will keep.................thats for you to share or give away freely.......

it takes great power to learn the secrets of the universe,
most magic users only stop at earth or astral
so they see only parts.....
We wizards don't................We see it all

The inoverse is a plain a contractual astral world linked by limbo,
limbo goes everywhere even to the future,
inside the universe there are pockets of space these can if formed cause blackholes, well when a black hole goes in reverse it adds dimentional space to the inoverse, a quite dull area but quite useful for gaining power,wisdom, and time
Dragons have know of their existance, sense the first stars in the sky....

no-offense,

but breathing, focus, baths and visualization,
is newage, shaman, and meditation, not preperation of magic(k)
it can create a form of transendance, but that is in thought, not power, the energy and connection as i have learned and used and teach is to bridge the connection between the field and the tool,
most who call themselves capable of magic(k) witch,wicca or wizard or other, know to have energy or the gift to use it, requires charge and sorry, but charging is more then spacing out, it is about drawing from the energy of connection, "saddly only the most adept in magic can even begin this, and the beginners often don't know how they do it,"
As a teacher it is power transfer, or transforms power,
like a lamp (electric) the light coming from it is covering, but it needs 2 switches to work....
( its/on and off ) and it's source.........
most believe the god or goddess is this, but in witch they are once again saddly wrong, "do you goto your teacher and say, i can't do the work, cause i don't understand the subject, if your family is masters of or your earlier education is of that subject" if you do, i feel you need to re-think your subject.....lol
"if you want to be fluffy, go ahead be fluffy" but relize that those of the 2 items one need to have that light on, well they didn't take the easy way, and will know those who truely are,
why??? cause they have the gift and work it....
The guardian Parents, will want those who know their secrets to share their company.....

My Rituals : humm
Well first all real magical systems of workings has their own passed on as my teacher of witchcraft did, my occult teacher had his, and my wizard teacher well he taught me that you can't make your own and call it factual, though it may work or have some symbolic trait, in the end it has no foundation, no real reason to be existing but to draw from not a universal or connective source but a limited one such as personal hoping.....
I never had to "find" anything it if its real finds you...

The Shadow Knows...

There is a question that often comes up in the Earthwise Community. It is this:

"Why are there so many books and classes at levels 101 to 303 but no classes or books that seem to go past level 3?"

I believe that those classes do indeed exist. I believe that they have little to do with ritual, clothing, holidays, spells, books or tools and everything to do with personal growth. These classes are not offered by a Priest or Priestess, except where they teach by example. Instead, Life itself offers us these classes. In a Trickster-like fashion, it offers us the test first and the lesson afterward. If we survive the lesson, we will have reached the next level.

The 4 and the 5 that makes up the true student of magic is beyond most bookites because they need only guide you to the beginning and then let the populas decide where it goes, while the real practicing mastery is left to the ones who put down the books and use their brain.....
4 is in reality a step into the bigger design of being, and 5 is being able to take others with you...however nature of the self has always been 3....

Fact: " In the religion of Witchcraft itself there is a very very strict
three-fold law which means anything you do comes back to you three times whether it be good or bad." ---fact witchcraft has no such rule only those who claimed to create wicca have forced that issue and it was only to keep the dabblers in line...---wiches didn't harm animals, but would cast on those who dare to mess with their existance...never directly strike out as others would want you to fight them on it..., so you can view it as bad, making the wiccan design like tv trying to sell you...so you can get new prettier books...
 
Myth : Witches worship Satan.
Fact:  Witches don't have a Satan within their deity structure. wicca claim it doesn't and it doesn't as the name satan, however they have in certain designs...the horned god, the greenman and the stag consort....all are along the same idea..
 
Witches of the La Vey movement have practiced in the idea of satan trying to make this beginning as "an unruly wise but yet not stupid or gulible witch" which as sort of died sense his death,
 
Witches of Old didn't battle dark forces, they worked with them, and if you don't know this perhaps your fooling yourself into the wicca new design and good for you...so when your car is stolen and your robbed you can say your protection spell has done its job.........sorry..
 
Witches work with the energies, signals, silences and even the pains of others....if you don't feel they do, then you just wait until you meet a truthful one not just one from a new cover of a book or movie...

Being a wizard i see only patterns of how energy and knowing are linked making insight, and with this insight one can understand the workings of the whole not just the parts given but the parts felt and seen in the self and other this plays a big part in the greater design of "Why" and that gives rise to the patterns that form the energy links and the insight to evaluate the bridge that is emotional created in the seeker and the knower, this may seem difficult to understand but as you gain farther you will see for yourself it is a very natural thing...  Magic to me is more then most can comprehend on a firt look, it is more like a 5 dimensional space that only the self being one of the non 5 roots but needs part any way, can you honestly think it is instinct or natural known all before....if you do then you may need abit more self and less fudiment,
As for the greater of magic it is desire
As for the lessor it is need
As for the truth of magic it is sent
As for the lying in magic it is regret

In a world that is black/grey/white, few ever get to see
the patterns that defined why, and those that did risked burning, death, poisoning of the soul, and harassment....
Would that if faced with the reality of this again however painful, have changed their ways, dived least deep, brought less in helped or not helped others see, (the answer saddly is no)
They would still do as they have done, because to not, is to question it forever and to do that is worst then ever not needing to know...
We as a culture of magic k or not need to see the stuff few can, feel the stuff few can, otherwise we as a culture are a pawn on a very big chess board.....and being a pawn you have no contol over how you move... forward, not back  and diagnal is the only way you survive,
(not to mention if there is another pawn trying to move as well....)
But magic much like a chess game, you pawn can become anything you name after you make it to home row....otherwise you better watch out for their piece...lol  (some pay to play) and that is called being pagan...
Some play to learn (that is called a witch) and some learn to play by instinct and feelings (that is sage/mage/adept)
Then there are some that invented the way it is played these happless founders are called "roleplayer" they know their role so well that when they play they play as if their live depends on it...
(always in the idea of wining and they might...but they need more their their skill (they are called wiccan/occult/or grey)
'many pick on this happless piece bacause they aren't playing, they are writting the rules...even if they aren't the main pieces or the board...'
Then there are pawns that aren't pawns to begin with they been in other games as queens/knights/kings/bishops/rooks so they know how the game is played because they been there done that...)
(these pawns on a new game are "wizards" they play not to play, not to learn, not for life or death, not even to contest there skill, they play to help the other players say...."been there done that..."
lol Sorry but your in checkmate.....
In all of magic there is a stratagy, it is based on the patterns it shows and in the end it isn't a game.....its just a move...

KANATI (Cherokee) "The Lucky Hunter." Sometimes called First Man. He lives with his wife Selu ("Corn") in the east where the sun rises, and their sons, the Twin Thunder Boys, live in the west
 
OCASTA (Cherokee) "Stonecoat." The name comes from his coat which was made of pieces of flint. Equally good and evil, Ocasta was one of the Creator's helpers. Ocasta created witches and drifted from village to village stirring up turmoil. Some women trapped Ocasta, pinning him to the ground with a stick through his heart. The men cremated the dying Ocasta, who while burning on his funeral pyre taught them songs and dances for hunting, fighting wars and healing. The Day of the old Gypsy when she would go to the cave in the upperhills and await death, death would never come.... but each time she went up she would know he wouldn't come, she would do this to remember you must as a witch face death off....everyday when your an elder one....because he is quite watching your back....
 
however when you face him off, you felt just abit more empowered
to take on the world when it was over.......
 
The power of this is that it's a lore
 
A youthful maiden when into a cavern and drawn up a fire and there she did the old ways , death came in a coat and said to her wear my comfort as your own and i will protect thee from aging time... she she place on herself a blacken shaw that covered her with fullness and death was pleased, as he had said the woman age not fast but slow.......until one day as of the age she spoke out on the fire death my brother i cast you no more curse me if you will but i conjure thee not... He was mad so he took away her beauty all in one night, so she went to the cavern and yelled deaths sacret name and he said told to thee to cast you came and now for me to not insnare your youth you must venture here....every "wiesterling"
to beg my venture on your comfort.....and i shall not be in thee gazing
but only in thee heart and dream will i come for thou....
(but if thee maiden come venture me on "wiesterling" will thou find one year returned......) So the old gypsy ventured to the caven with a maiden of blooming pride and did the ritual of the blade....shared only to those whom ventured....death came not but youth was found on the gypsy
one age less....(until the gypsy teaches the maiden the blade ritual) then the maiden gained as the gypsy did)

Artemis was the daughter of the Titaness Leto and Zeus, and the twin sister of Apollo. She was in all likelihood a very ancient deity whom the Greeks adopted as goddess of the wild. Only a promise to sacrifice his daughter Iphigenia was enough to appease the goddess, although there are differing accounts as to whether the girl was actually killed.
Another mortal punished by Artemis was Actaeon. He had the misfortune while hunting to come upon the goddess as she was bathing. She changed him into a stag and he was chased and torn apart by his own hunting dogs.
To the Romans, Artemis was closely identified with their goddess Diana, who was also a goddess of light as well as of the wild.
Mythos of the huntress, has shaped much of current pagan imagery and the idea of the totemism in greek/roman modernist

(The long story, is quite long so enjoy the short, and ask for the long if you want...(not a sexual comment..lol)

where should i start,
well was at an early age interested in the occult, and it grew into contact with books and people and well i started to study mythology/legends/and languages of the old schools, as i was only beginning my mage hood, self studied and practicing adept mage, well i was doing things for myself and the magic(k)al world, info exchange, spells, wood working, and grimoire study, it later grew into sygil and gating info, martial dynamics and then philosophy of the beginnings of things, well from there i was initiated into the world of role-playing, well it was fun, but fake, so i strive to find where this info that formed there's realities came from, 'folklore and myths, well then i went into a place and was adopted by a smiling wise person, whom turned out was a wizard( giving you a bit look at, it would be hundreds of pages of what i have done, well from there i was training in the subtle nature of the hermit wizard, well i didn't think this nature went outside to obligation to the whole of magic(k) one day as i was homeless and traveling, i was summoned by a witch to a place i never would go normally, well she claimed she needed my help, use to giving it, i was impressed by her aura, and magic(k)al skill,
bending flames/touching minds, even my own, and well having others move without her saying, these as taught to me seemed to be of witch, well as i learned more about witchcraft i thought well, i would like to join, at which she refused at first, but having a mind contest, she was well impressed and we broke even, beside she wanted my help, in something she wasn't saying, so i knew i was winning, but that's not why i wanted to know, and well i left her company and her coven to return home, a miracle in its own right, not before making my mark in Ca, without meaning too,
So ordained to the title of Hp, i took it more in a token fashion, because the real power of a witches circle to my knowing is the Hps (high-priestess, if you can call her that, sometimes she can be her own mage or higher) as i got to see at ritual, well...in Maryland i adopted her training to aid in the teaching of witches (to honor her,) and my adventure in it...
during my travel i met pagan/shaman/wiccan and a few satanist, and well i was reminded of her saying...(we each share a part in magic(k)'s chain, however our linking is at the time we exchange not meld or transform or copy it onto us, as of my learning she said " that is for time and nature to decide...."
(Now i am the only wizard in my domain, if you can call my area a domain, i don't..lol)
I was learning way before the Idea of wizards hit le-land's book...and harry potter wasn't in ink yet...
The world is a door, that magic(k) can open with only one word "please or now"

Ok...since I like to talk about more than religion, Does anyone know
the *Four cornerstones of Magick? Better known as, The Witches
Pyramid...are?

Well in case you don't, i'll try to explain it a bit.

Wicca, like anything else has some very basic principles. Just about
everything has *simple* common knowledge, which require a bit of
thought, from time to time!

And this religion is no different.

The four cornerstones are are about being wise (wicca like most other slogan seekers just use it....;)

  TO KNOW~~TO WILL~~TO DARE~~& TO KEEP SILENT.
(here they are from the words of the wise.....Wizard)

TO KNOW; Is to accept that everything is learnable as in personally and spiritually knowable..like the cold that chills your bones....to know yourself that well...A saying from "Merlyn" ( To be is never to know why but flow like the birds to the places of many feedings, restings, and breedings and in the end you spent your life as you have lived it, knowing truth...)
TO WILL; As with al things you must be strong enought inside and out to know your words and live by them this is the will, truthfully the greated strength is the one that gives not when your in a grudge or pushing match when your correct, to do so is to admit your wisdom isn't truth but opionion... "Merlyn again" Be not the tree but the branch as strong as the root but not as relying on the foundation to keep you, because you will bend its just a matter of when, and why if not you break but be not heartened because when you fall your roots will grow again...
TO DARE;beyond all things is the right to defend and this is known well by all living and dead things...but that not what you do when you dare, nothing changes or grows in it right direction if it looks not in the mirror of its own making and this requires a stronger strenght then most can offer..."Meryln again" (you are what you call yourself to be, but to have it forever is to make it you, not just claiming it, and how do you do this....Ask, what you will and it will....(laugh, and see who smiles)they are your friends forever....
TO KEEP SILENT;Truthfully a wise person is silent in their wisdom not in their voice, and time, pleasure and knowing of the other 3 methods lead one on the right stones..."Meryln again" (As with all thing silents weed out the need and noise directs the attention, soto honor the wise is to read what can not be said and to know the wise is when you read them before they read you....A test of will or automatic action all of creation does it...

As with all thing the meat and potato's gives balance to the full meal, and my teacher of witch has said, to know is not just to feel but to do and understand why ... this is just a simple message with strong roots...because being a witch is as you stated more then nudity, sex in the higher levels of getting over them it is required but in a way that is not need but energy, and that has its own truth...truthful pagans want to own nothing know everything and be understood...
(wiccan's want a faith like the mist of avalon) or charmed on TV.....
And good for them, but the simple fact is it teaches you nothing about everything...
The reasoning of witch is not just to know yourself and be set free, but to be a mirror to nature a miniforce in its tuning or changing, the key to why any wished to be a witch in the first place...and none deny that this is possible...
(the simple fact is lots of book witches have no insight, and this is sad...fun but sad...) I'm a wizard who will never enjoy the full nature of witchcraft it is after all a female design, but when in a form of exchange, not sexual it leads to a grand union ... of wood and stone ... let me explain....)
wood; creating, energy, life and even death
woman of the earth serve the use of a wand, not by cystal enhancement but its nature or beauty and ugliness (it is the beginning the bond between the witch and nature without the commitment, freely used to modify the witches self and even others of her circle with magic(k) or not...(the bond) that even time supports...I know...well
stone; energy drawing, connection to life and even memories and kin to the tree
Man of the earth, in the opposite of energy we have the outer or building of foundation, and that is based on script, wood was second thing that script was written on and why, cause stone lasted longer, stones only for where they are pushed by the earth, but not by their own design, each feed wood and stone from the river to form but they share the land, the energy of stone comes not from the stone but from the fields and emotions invoked in them......(i could go on and on) but you can see why each is as I stated...) now what you don't know....or perhaps you do....
wood can become a form of stone (petrified)
(now where magic(k) concerned,  after the one whomever male or female in magic(k) has reached an advanced (adept or mage level)
and most know cause magic(k) happens without words...
(so the gifts of stone then can be made more then just wood based)
and the connection with the witches gifts can make sone wood as in mage as well.....(the pattern is quite winding)

Well all i can say is magic(k) k or not has been without religious natures for the longest of times magic(k) was viewed as to the understanding to be gifts by the resident deity and not because of a certain faith in general and even some of the begining user of grand magic as in the pattern of those that taken from the encounters of magical spirits the abulity of certain gifts or curses and this being done by binding or contractual actions, "where was religion" it was empty and devoid of persons, heck even the religion of the past spoke to the control of slavery as an vital design in living as a nobel, "not" that was only the people of money corrupting the churches to play by their rules......many claim a religious foundation, but few follow the letter.....and that is indeed sad........and perhaps criminal.......
as for those that follow a faith or path, they are responicible for their own steps and direction, you can't be lead without a colar or a noose and many want both.....( but magic(k) is the design that energy is the makeup of even the forces that we choose to have govern or by the nature of partnership grow to love as if commanion, and there is nothing wrong with that as long as the letter of both parts are observed in whole and not for just the service of one side, " I'm a Wizard but i also have rules that i play by paly as i mean " to take part in giving as well as getting from life " carrot to the horse if you will, well even when we have the "carrot" we can tend to be stubbron, but we still remain loyal to what is true.......
 
Ok,  Who can tell you what path your on or seek?   Well others you accept as truthfully reading, and feeling the emotion is correct,  Books that spark the feeling of the past in yourself,  and those who use the idea of your fears to haunt you into a form of them, but like the carrot and the horse you have to bite......to want to be drawn in to carry....
 
as for magic(k)  you ask, heres your carrot............
as for religion, you ask : you can have this carrot, that carrot ore even that one, but only after you accept to carry
as for religion with magic(k)  you can give carrot, we can take it and make them desire that carrot more,
( for being magic(k)  is to accept the carrots as they come and they do come.........
( for being religion is to accept that the nature of the carrot once you have gain what you carry will forfill you, and to be honest some it does, and doesn't.......)
 
but as saying what is what......( I believe the soul, spirit, arua, and methods one who truely seek to be go through to have what they are transforming to understand) for magic(k) is in the ideal of gift or curse a form of transformation
and some take it as good other don't......but your a fool if you know not what you are and your a wise person if you question even yourself.......to be wise is not to be fooled by the carrot you see,  and to be foolish is to not venture for the carrot you don't.....have i confused you.......oh, sorry.....but the nature of life is confusing to those that don't understand why they live......and see too many invisible carrots.....
